I have the industries dlc and my whole forestry area is suddenly gone. Also some power lines also went missing and pieces of road from here and there. I bought both of these dlcs as I was building my city. I did notice that sometimes the game started without the dlcs available in the game but this was fixed by a simple restart. Use Unlock All to be able to unlock all 81 tiles from beginning.

Previously I used the allspacesunlockable mod to unlock all 25 tiles on the game but I only enabled it once to unlock everything then disabled it again and that was about 2 weeks ago and I didn't enable it again after that.
